Mlázovy is conveniently situated in the romantic country-side of Sumava foothills, rich in cultural sights and natural heritage. The castles of Velhartice, Rabí and Klenová are definitely worth seeing. You should not also miss historical towns of Susice and Klatovy where you can find both sights and community facilities. Cycling is gaining more and more popularity as a way of exploring the natural beauties. There are several cycling routes going different directions from Mlázovy. Hit the pedals and go to a neighbouring village to see a restored country manor, a church or a commemorative tree. A biking day trip in the Šumava National Park could very well be the highlight of you whole holiday.
